3. Payment Terms

4. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing through a change order. Additional costs and time extensions may apply.
5. Project Timeline
While we strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Permits and Compliance
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the Company will obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. The client agrees to provide access and information required for permit approvals.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide clear access to the worksite
Ensure utilities are available if required
Remove personal belongings from the work area
Communicate promptly regarding decisions and approvals
8. Warranties
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period outlined in the contract. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
9. Liability
The Company is not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions at the worksite
Delays caused by third parties
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Insurance
Mind Over Matter Construction Group, LLC maintains appropriate insurance coverage. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the project is performed.
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials created by the Company remain the property of Mind Over Matter Construction Group, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Safety
The Company follows standard safety protocols. Clients and third parties must not enter active work zones without permission.
16. Website Use (if applicable)
If you use our website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
